The HA-1112 M1L Buchon is a fusion of the famous Messerschmitt BF109 and the Rolls Royce Merlin engine, and was the last in line of this famous fighter. As the Buchon retired from service in the 'Ejército del Aire' (Spanish AF) in 1965 it subsequently became very popular as BF109's in filmwork.
